St Louis 2024

I recently came back from a trip of visiting St. Louis, and it exceeded my expectations. On the first day, we explored the iconic Gateway Arch. It was just a simple huge arch but it was amazing how big it was. We also caught a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. The atmosphere was great, and despite the affordable ticket prices ($6 per person), the experience was unforgettable.

The following day, we embarked on a leisurely stroll through downtown St. Louis, immersing ourselves in the vibrant nightlife. The evening took a turn when rain interrupted the baseball game, forcing everyone to evacuate the stadium. The torrential downpour and strong winds turned umbrellas inside out, making it nearly impossible to stay dry.

Despite the weather mishap, the downtown area exuded a captivating energy. We discovered unique restaurants, live music venues, and charming rooftop bars, showcasing the city’s vibrant nightlife.

Our exploration continued at Forest Park, a sprawling green space located near the city center. The highlight of the park was the St. Louis Zoo, which offers free admission and parking. The zoo impressed us with its diverse collection of animals and insects. Moreover, Forrest park provides various attractions, including the Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis and the Saint Louis Art Museum, both of which are free to enter.

Our trip concluded with a visit to Helium Comedy Club just outside St. Louis to see comedian T Murph perform. Though I refrained from taking any photos or videos for obvious reasons, his act was incredibly entertaining. T Murph, a seasoned comedian featured in the TV show “Woke” on Hulu, delivered a hilarious set that had everyone smiling. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend checking him out.
